Just hours after President Obama'a State of the Union, the nation has let out their opinions. Although the country's  emotions vary  from frustration to support. Often making it difficult to determine were the nation really stands. One thing that is clear, is that Americans are not short on their opinions.

If you watched the speech on  whitehouse.gov you were privileged to see Obama's government flash cards, help paint his picture. Some of the charts, graphs and photos, were a little insulting to the average intelligence. Then again what is our nation's overall IQ these days? Based on some of the tweets out there, it might be surprisingly higher then one would think.

Compiled are some of the best and perhaps thoughts, form both sides of the argument on the 2014 State of the Union.

Just as the President used technology to help Americans, so do his adversaries. Rand Paul for example put out this tweet, linking web goers to his YouTube response to the State of the Union.

Finding supporters for President Obama online, is not as easy as it was six years ago. Most of those who, support the nation's leader are of a younger demographic. However, there are still many (all be it mostly silent) that rally around Obama's words. Most were more willing to back what the man said, not necessarily the man himself.

In our opinion: Obama does best when he rallies the nation to unify #sotu http://t.co/G2EgVe2NGu | pic.twitter.com/MlprSHe7nb

After five years of grit and determined effort, the United States is better positioned for the 21st century than any other nation on Earth." - President Barack Obama, 2014 State of the Union.

One great thing about a trending topic, is witnessing how the world critiques the issue and what specifically they happen to bring to light.

The most-tweeted #SOTU moment was Obama's "Mad Men" line. Pop culture references done right are effective on social pic.twitter.com/NnnqJxF1ax

Naturally in this free land of ours, there was no shortage of Presidential criticism. Those opposed to Obama's methods, are far less shy with their thoughts then his supporters. Some use humor to point out their concerns, others are painfully blunt.
