Doyle: The Black Hole

A black hole sucks in and feeds on everything that crosses its path! It's only purpose, to consume everything to make itself grow larger and more powerful. No I am not talking science here folks, I am talking about the evil that exists in every living creature's DNA.

Unlike good that is actually enthusiastic to share itself with everyone, giving little and sometimes big pieces of itself to whoever asks, evil, by contrast, is a black hole that is created to only take. It is not happy
unless it is eating every ounce of everything around it and it takes without asking, without remorse and without thanks.

Christians believe that evil and good are two forces constantly at war with each other, the good being God and the evil being the Satan. Christians also believe that good shall overcome evil but with a serious price. Atheists believe there is no good or evil just that things are what they are, but always come short of explaining their own remorse for bad things that happen.

Now let's take the current situation in Missouri. People are calling it a race war. What it truly is in my humble opinion and the opinion of many is that it is just that evil force that has found a way to pit man against man so that it can feed on both sides and feed the black hole that exists in each of us. I am not going to take sides, I am not going to pass judgment on anyone as it is not my or anyone's right to do so. One thing is for sure, evil only needs the smallest spark to ignite into a completely consuming flame while good needs to be nurtured, cared for and allowed to grow before its light can shine.

Protest is a good thing and I commend the residents there to do so but to do so peacefully. A protest brings attention, resources and strength to force change and get answers, whatever those answers may be. The looting, the rioting, the name calling, the judgment. by all people, black, white, yellow or brown feeds the black hole and consumes all not just the guilty. Only by banding together and standing against those that are feeders of the black hole of evil will anything be accomplished. This may seem like a pipe dream to some but it is a reality.

Man has been on this earth for some 200,000 years and the only reason that we still exist is because of the banding of brothers, the peaceful demands for change, for answers and for truth. There certainly were cavemen that killed their neighbors and probably their own brothers for the piece of rotten meat that they had or just because they were from another tribe, but it was the banding for the good of all that kept man from wiping himself out oh so long ago. We can survive, we can get the answers, we can make things right and the truth will come but we can only do it without feeding the black hole.
