This week on the Tom Stewart Project, Tom piles on the Governor's newly unveiled $5 million marketing campaign, and points out that although she hired the man behind the iconic "I <3 NY" logo, what Rhode Island got was a logo that looks like it belongs on a box of store-brand cereal.
