WATCH: Racism Isn't Real? I Beg to Differ

Racism is real, folks. 

That doesn't mean that every white person is out to get every black person.  It doesn't even mean that most of us intentionally treat any person of a different background with less respect than we'd treat our peers.  It's the little decisons we make, that in singularity are insignificant, but aggregate to quite a big deal. Racism isn't always obvious, until it is.
