PAWTUCKET, RI – With just 90 days until Opening Night, and with only three days until all single-game tickets go on sale, the Pawtucket Red Sox today announced their new Promotions Calendar for 2017 - one that continues to increase the number of attractions and events while further raising the level of fun for fans of all ages at McCoy Stadium.
Highlighting McCoy Stadium’s 75th Anniversary season, the club will present a special “Saturday Night Fireworks” series, each with its own theme, following 10 different Saturday evening games throughout the season. In addition, the traditional large Independence Day Fireworks will take place on July 2 and 3.
Tickets for those, and all 2017 home games, will go on sale this Friday at 5:00 pm during “Moonlight Madness” at McCoy (see details below). Fans can visit the box office in person from 5-8 pm on Friday and 10 am – 2 pm on Saturday and also purchase tickets online 24/7 at pawsox.com beginning this Friday at 5:00 pm. The Pawtucket Red Sox will put 2017 single game tickets on sale at their 2nd Annual “Moonlight Madness” baseball festival and hospitality event at McCoy Stadium this Friday, January 13 from 5-8 pm. The event is free and open to fans of all ages. The first opportunity to purchase 2017 single game tickets begins Friday at 5 p.m., both at the McCoy Box Office and on line at pawsox.com. The event features prominent Red Sox prospects 1B Sam Travis and reliever Robby Scott, along with manager Kevin Boles, all of whom will be available for photos and autographs. Food and other refreshments will also be free. Mascots Paws and Sox will be there to greet fans in the clubhouse, baseball artifacts will be on hand for fans to see and photograph, along with other special opportunities and attractions.
